Our History…

Founded by Timothy Rounce & Lucy Evans back in the 1980’s, Rounce & Evans was primarily an Estate Agents. During the downturn in the sales market, the business evolved and they branched out into residential lettings. Luke joined the team in 1997 and the residential lettings department rapidly expanded.

In 2003, Luke purchased the letting side of the business from Tim, and Rounce & Evans Property Management Limited was formed and has continued to thrive.

The business went from strength to strength and in 2006 Luke took on his first small block of 5 flats. With the block management side continuing to grow organically, Luke decided to invest more time and resources into it. He joined ARMA so he could continue to promote the high levels of service his clients had come to expect. Still growing, it became obvious that the best way to ensure clients received the best service was to open a dedicated Block Management department and to specialise in this field. In 2016, a dedicated office in the Kings Lynn Innovation Centre was opened.

And as we move forward, whilst the whole team works together, there are two distinct departments; residential lettings and block management.
